About

More Than Your Average Construction Company

As our namesake suggests, the AVID Construction team is deeply passionate—not just about building spaces you love but also about providing the best possible experience for our clients. We adhere to budgets, maintain careful timelines, and never compromise on quality.

    Problem-Solving Powerhouses

For our team, general contracting is synonymous with creativity. With AVID, you don’t have to make sacrifices—where other construction companies would compromise, our team finds innovative solutions.

    Balancing Cost and Quality

AVID balances material quality and budget to keep costs low while ensuring your final product is durable and aesthetically appealing. We never push you toward features you don’t want—instead, we focus on building what you need.

    Extra Care for Our Clients

Home renovation can be stressful—that’s why the AVID team prioritizes kindness and communication. Our crew has the utmost respect for your home’s cleanliness and your comfort, and our owners are on-site daily to answer questions.

    Then and Now

Our founder, Cody Swenson, has been working in the construction industry since he was 17 years old. Cody always dreamed of owning his own construction company, so he spent years learning the trade until starting his own side project in 2017. When demand grew and work was steady, Cody decided to make the leap and pursue his dream by launching AVID Construction in 2019.

Today, we’ve created a close-knit crew, fostered connections with dozens of specialists, and served hundreds of homeowners in our community. We tackle each job with passion and don’t pack up our tools until you’re satisfied.
